How Do I Tape Greenhouse Plastic Sheets Together

I want to connect pieces of clear heavy plastic together to make a house shaped greenhouse without using tape.

How do i tape greenhouse plastic sheets together. The first is actually like a marker pen. The door has a velcro strip to open and close it. The second is probably a normal superglue. Side by side fasteners.
